SH Architecture Lends A Hand in the Desert Refuge

SH Architecture, a sustainable design firm in Las Vegas, joined Friends in the field to plant native species and enjoy the Desert National Wildlife Refuge.

Eight employees came out on their day off...

Along with two wilderness stewards-in-training, who got a chance to play while the grown-ups put some sweat equity into Nevada's public lands!

37 native trees - an assortment of cottonwoods, ash trees, and willows - were planted near the Corn Creek area of the refuge.

Volunteers like you - making a difference that lasts a lifetime!
